Rules & Guidelines for Participation

To uphold fairness, transparency, and academic integrity, all participants of the Universal Scholarship Program are required to strictly comply with the following rules and operational guidelines. These terms are non-negotiable and binding for all applicants.

##Â 1. Personal Accountability
- All scholarship activities, including tests, interviews, and submissions, must be carried out personally by the registered applicant.
- Impersonation or use of proxies is a serious offense and will lead to immediate account termination and a permanent ban from all future opportunities.

##Â 2. Device & IP Usage
- Candidates are allowed to use one device only throughout the scholarship process.
- The system automatically monitors IP addresses. Suspicious activity such as:
- Multiple accounts from one IP address
- Repeated logins from various locations
- Shared access to exam links
- Multiple accounts from one IP address
will lead to investigation and potential disqualification.

##Â 3. Identity and Information Accuracy
- All names, email addresses, and personal details must match your official school identification or national ID.
- Falsifying information is strictly prohibited and will result in application rejection.

##Â 4. Platform Usage
- Candidates must only access the scholarship portal through approved channels and official platforms.
- Do not engage with third-party services or agents claiming to guarantee scholarship access.

##Â 5. Examination Conduct
- Carefully read and follow the instructions given before and during the exam.
- Do not reload the page, attempt to bypass the timer, or leave the test environment unless instructed.
- All submissions must be completed before the stated deadline.

##Â 6. Cheating and Malpractice
- Any form of cheating, including the use of auto-answer tools, bots, third-party apps, or external help, is prohibited.
- Candidates found involved in malpractice will face immediate and irreversible consequences.

##Â 7. One Application Rule
- Each applicant may only submit one application.
Multiple entries under different names, emails, or phone numbers will be deleted.

- Suspected cases of fraud or misconduct should also be reported via this email.

##Â 9. Disqualification of Institutions
- Any institution found aiding or participating in organized malpractice may be banned from the scholarship program entirely.
- Students affiliated with banned schools may reapply in a future batch after passing additional verification.

##Â 10. Updates and Amendments
- The scholarship team reserves the right to update or modify these guidelines as necessary.
- All participants are advised to frequently check the platform for new instructions and batch updates.

##Â Consequences of Violation
Any breach of the above rules may result in:
- Immediate disqualification
- Removal from the current batch
- Ban from future scholarship opportunities
- Termination of any ongoing scholarship benefits
